After waiting for 20 years, the owners of flats of Taman Angkasa were at last given their Certificate of Fitness today. The 2,000 odd residents of 28 blocks of flats received their certificates from the Minister of Federal Territory, Datuk Raja Nong Chik.
The Certificate of Fitness (CF) is an official document that is issued by the city’s authority to acknowledge that a building is safe to be occupied.
I wonder how for for 20 years they had been living in flats that were not recognised as "safe to be occupied".
